This little book was born from the theatre monologue of the same name. It hopes to lead whoever makes it their own into the beauty of life, and into an awareness of their own precious essence.

This book is a journey. Like life. With a departure, a path and an arrival. A journey to get to know the Arda and the lands it flows through, to draw closer to Pilates and to reflect on ourselves.

A journey in stages. To savour the beauty of going without rushing, gradually, slowly, fluidly. To notice, and to marvel at, what surrounds us, cherishing the small things as much as the most majestic ones.
